— Elabouration of finishes, sizes, configurations, as well as counting the number of all items, taking into account stocks

— Sending assignments to contractors and suppliers. Consult them on all issues of the project

— Selection of optimal offers according to the criteria of price/quality/timing/positive experience of working with the contractor

03/ Author's supervision
A special relationship develops with each project and customer, and it is extremely difficult to break them immediately after the delivery of materials. My services include 2 months of project supervision at the construction site. The author's supervision guarantees the correct implementation of the project and brings all our work (yours and mine) to the result.
- Departure to the object, reconciliation of the results of repair work with the art project
- Providing recommendations on sizes, colours and materials to the customer and the construction team
- Answers to the foreman's questions by phone during working hours
- Informing the customer about the progress of repair work

Sequence of work
ON THE DESIGN PROJECT OF RESIDENTIAL PREMISES
- At our first meeting, it will be important for me to learn about you and your family: habits, lifestyle, and preferences.
- After discussing all the individual features and plans for the coming years, we will set goals and objectives for the project, as well as determine deadlines, budget and communication.
- Next, I will conduct an analysis, study the building space and begin developing a design strategy. After drawing up the terms of reference, we agree together on the composition of the premises and the content of each, and you will inform me of your wishes on materials, manufacturers, shades, textures and atmosphere.
At this stage, I am conducting a photo fixation and 3D scanning of the premises.
Based on a considerable study, I make up an option of the planning solution that meets your needs and requirements best of all, and carry out for you a presentation, during which we make general adjustments, finalize the plan, leave the best option and coordinate it.
At the stage of making collages of rooms, I choose the style, colour scheme and general atmosphere of the interior. I pay special attention to the textures of materials and the filling of space. Immediately there are ideas for specific models of furniture and decor.
Based on the approved collage solutions, I create the design of all the other rooms. While presenting it to you I get your approval.
In my work, I use a sustainability approach, the purpose of which is to meet the needs of the customer, keeping a balance between the consumption of resources: both human and natural.
It is important for me to maintain a balance between the financial costs of the client, the labour costs of contractors, the quality of materials, and the cost of land resources. Therefore, I create drawings for multifunctional interiors, offering the most convenient and ergonomic options in the management of appliances, lights and electrical installation products.
Having agreed with you an album of drawings, we receive instructions for subsequent implementation, which is filled with comments and guidance for performers and technical specifications for ordering materials and furniture from suppliers.
