Before starting construction, it is important to estimate the budget. Having calculated the estimate in detail, I create a “list of purchases" for you. After having agreed on all the positions, it will be possible for me to proceed to implementation.
What is included in the stage of making estimates?
1. The formation of technical specifications for the calculation of factory positions by suppliers. Elabouration of finishes, sizes, configurations, as well as counting the number of all items, taking into account stocks.
2. Drawing technical specifications for calculating products made to order.
3. Sending assignments to contractors and suppliers. Consult them on all issues of the project. Checking the KP for compliance with the design project and the task.
4. Selection of optimal offers according to the criteria of price / quality / timing / positive experience of working with the contractor.
5. Formation of a summary table with all sections of the project. With indication of factories, articles, suppliers and prices.
6. For the formation of total construction costs – an increase in the cost of work of the construction team and rough materials and the cost of engineering (electrics and automation, heating, water supply, ventilation and air conditioning).
7. An offer from my side of all the necessary contractors for the implementation of the project.
